Wonder week - or silent reflux?

My ds is 12 weeks and has been very unsettled over past week. To be honest, he has always been ‘spirited’ but it’s been harder to manage lately. It is a wonder week so that may be why. I’ve also noticed ds randomly coughing and sometimes choking/ coughing after feeding to sleep (I have a fast letdown/oversupply) and getting really upset. He looks like he has a funny taste in mouth frequently and swallowing after feeds. He has also decided not to sleep in the cot and only on my chest - patting in cot etc not working as he ends up getting worked up and crying. I’ve elevated cot and trying to keep upright after feeds. Struggling with the lack of sleep! A couple of weeks ago he was doing 2/3 hour stretches at night in cot and the odd longer one, so not sure if the not sleeping now is due to the wonder week or silent reflux. Or a bit of both! Interestingly he is happy lying flat on changing mat whilst I potter about for up to 20 mins sometimes. Sometimes he’ll spit up a little but isn’t bothered by that.

This is me! I literally could of wrote this! 100% feeling your pain rn I’m the same with an 8 week old who is not a happy bunny! I’m even wondering if it’s now his mattress he doesn’t like 😩😩 literally only place he is happy is on me 🙄

It’s no fun! I wondered about the mattress too, but he used to sleep ok on it :-/ he does nap in the pram when out though (which is flat) so not sure if it’s the silent reflux which affects the sleep or not. Longing for the 2-3 hour wake ups again!

We have a snuzpod and the mattress seems so thin now he’s bigger he just doesn’t seem comfy on it at all 😩 we’ve changed his milk also to comfort milk only a week in so can’t really tell whether it’s working or not yet, he’s only just started being fussy like this last few days, at doctors this week so will deffo ask about silent reflux, do they give anything for it?
