My 12mo has never been a 'great' sleeper. But we had got into a workable routine of a fairly reliable morning nap of 1.20 hours and an afternoon nap of 30 mins. Wakeup every 2-3 hours overnight. In the last week, she's been waking up after 30 mins from her morning nap, and refusing to go down again til around 2.30-3 ish but then napping for 1.5 - 2 hours making bedtime late or long! Shesalso started waking hourly at night.
I'd say she was going to one nap but I've tried and she is SO tired if I drag outnaptime longer than 2 hours after waking for the day. That one nap could also only be 30 mins making her incredibly tired all day. She's just cut the top teeth but teething has never made sleep this bad. We've mastered crawling and walking, so it's not that. Bed sharing makes no difference. Help!
