Hi All, wondering if ne1 has ne ideas or suggestions for the below :

I have a little girl who has just turned 3. She has always been a great sleeper, sleeping through from around 4 months, settling herself etc until recently.
She is still happily going to bed at 715, getting changed etc and settling herself, but the last 4 days she has woken between 9 and 10 moaning, whinging, refusing to go back to bed but keeps telling us she is tired and wants to go to sleep.
Once she settles back down (anywhere between 10-45 minutes) we will be fine for anotha few hours, only for it to start again.
I am aware this will be due to her sleep cycles.
We have tried talking, not talking, Cry it Out, night light, medicine (she was ill last week) etc.
She dropped her naps around 2 months ago and wont sleep in the day now unless she is so tired she cant keep her eyes open.

Just wondering if there were any ideas / suggestions from any other parents out there I havent yet thought of. Any questions please ask!

Thanks
Xxx
