Sleep poo issues 9month old

My dd2 has always been a bit of a sleep pooer but since about 4months it has only really caused the issue of early wake ups from naps or in the morning. Now 9months old in the last week she has been pooing when I put her down for nap/bed and then multiple times in the night. Only small amounts but enough to disturb her (& now has bad nappy rash so even worse!). She's now waking at least once or twice a night and taking an hour to go back down, pooing when first put down so have to go back in change and reset and waking early in the morning, naps are often cut short by pooing too.
I called docs as thought yummy but but they just send sounds like virus will pass.
I've tried adjusting mealtimes to see if I can get the poo out before nap/bedtime but she seems to wait until I put her down and then do it 🤦‍♀️.
Just wondered if anyone experienced similar, had any advice?
She is teething so think that may be part of the problem but don't want to assume that and then weeks later still have same issue so if anything I could be doing now to help. Thanks in advance x

Just a few thoughts:

  • Try avoiding fruit at dinner time
  • If formula fed, consider trying a formula for milk protein sensitivity
  • As a general thing citrus can make babies pooey (I had to stop eating citrus while DD was little as even second hand in breast milk it seemed to irritate her)
  • look out for funny unnecessary ingredients in any bought baby food you're giving her (some baby porridge has weird stuff in it for example). Try to keep diet as plain as possible while you're addressing this issue.

Thanks @INeedNewShoes I have cut it all fruit for the last few days as just thought it won't help the poo or the nappy rash.
My dd1 has a cmpa but don't think dd2 does, defo allergic to banana and egg but have cut these out for last few months. I am worried it might be allergy or intolerance but she has so many diff foods now I wouldn't know where to start cutting out to figure out the cause.
She is now bottle fed, only in last month, so could her body just be adjusting to that still? Although no issues in the first few weeks of switching so seems unlikely?
Her poo consistency seems ok mostly, the odd runny one (sorry tmi!) and during day when awake she seems happy enough. Just seems she has decided bedtime is poo time, as is 3am, early morning and every naptime 🤦‍♀️☹️
Thanks for your advice I'll look into ingredients a bit more on any foods I give her and see if anything that could be issue x
