5 week old sleep

My 5 week old for nearly a week now has been a pain at night. We'll try and start putting her in her crib some time around 8.30pm and she won't settle for than about half an hour. Crying for food or nappy or just to be picked up or none of these things and we don't know how to help her. When shes fed changed and burped and still wont settle its so hard. Eventually sometimes between 3 and 4am she will sleep and the bright side is this is usually a decent 5 hr sleep. In the day she happily sleeps 3 hours or more without fuss in her moses basket.
Finding the battle to settle her for 6-8 hours at night very exhausting. Any advice? She is taking infacol for wind. Yesterday we gave her a little gripe water in case wind or colic is the problem and she was still unsettled until 3am (but woke at 9!)

Sorry to say it but it sounds normal. Have you read up on the 4th trimester?
