My 7 month old has had a temp of 38.1-38.5 for the last couple of nights so I’ve given Calpol before putting her down at night but have spent 10 minutes trying to decide how to dress her as her room has been between 13-16 over the last week. I have sleeveless 2.5 and 3.5 tog sleeping bags and a 3.5 tog with sleeves. I having been putting her in a long sleeve vest and sleepsuit last night I used 2.5 sleeveless and the night before 3.5 sleeveless (was warmer last night) I’m just conscious of her temp and don’t want her to overheat but don’t want her to be cold either so go around in circles in my head! She wakes temp free in the morning and seems well in herself other than a little snotty so am thinking the temp might be teething? What would you dress your little ones in in a similar situation??
