How did yours do it? Did they just naturally sleep longer in a nap? No matter how many naps sometimes 3 and sometimes 4 if shorter. The last one is always harder to get him to sleep for. I’ll be happy when he just has 2 naps really, When does that usually happen?

We were solidly on 2 naps at 7.5 months- went through a phase of a couple of weeks were it was sometimes 2, sometimes 3. By 7.5 months he was napping roughly 10-11 and then 2-3.30.

That’s quite early compared to other little ones I knew tho. Some are still on 3 naps till about 9 months. He dropped to 1 nap early at 12 months aswell though

Meant to also say. When we were having 3 naps i almost always did the last one in the pram or car. It’s as just way easier. Like you the last one was always hardest and he wouldn’t always settle in the cot

We moved around 7ish months. I was finding that it was taking a while to get her down for her naps, which meant I needed to stretch the gap between them. Then I was having to wake her to fit all three naps in. So it seemed that three didn't work. I found 2 much easier!
