12 Month Sleep Regression

13 month old has decided she no longer needs naps...which means she cries all day because she’s exhausted! Then needs to go to bed at 6pm which means she’s up at 5am .

Any tips? I’m about ready to lose the will to live

I don't have any advice as I'm going through the same thing with my 13 month old, just wanted to let you know you are not alone. It's horrible.
My daughter has one short nap at lunch time and then is asleep by 7 in the evening but wide awake by 3am.
Im hoping it's just a regression.

Thanks owlofathena my little girl is Athena 💕. She is also 13 months. Today I capped her morning nap at 45 minutes. Put her down at 12:30 and it took her 30 minutes to settle! She woke up at 2 screaming and then went back to sleep. I’m going to keep capping the morning nap see if that helps

I had to cap at 20-30 mins to get an afternoon nap at that age! Otherwise nap was too late and then bedtime was too late! Good luck

Thank you so much. I feared as much, Cream123 . Yesterday we were out and she had 40 minutes in the morning and she slept for 2 hours 1-3 in the afternoon and went to be at 6:50 and was asleep by 7 this NEVER HAPPENS!
