Hi,
Can anyone give me any advice please...
My now 22 month dd has been waking up through the night since about 17/18 months old. She goes to bed absolutely fine, but can then wake up from anytime and it can be from once to 8 times!
She will either sit in her bed and cry or come to the gate on her door and cry but as soon as we go to her and take her back to bed, she goes straight back to sleep, so she doesn't need anyone to stay with her. What I can't understand is what is waking her up to begin with. We dress her in warm pjs and a vest, two duvets (our house is very cold) so I don't think it can be that, change her nappy....just not sure what to do next....but I need some sleep!!!lol.
If anyone has any suggestions, they would be appreciated!
