17 week old sleep regression and nap times!

Hey everyone, my DS is 17 weeks old and I'm sure he's going through the 4 month regression, he's waking very frequently at nights and I end up feeding him back to sleep. This can happen several times at night! During the day, he has stopped napping unless we're out and his in his pram. If he falls asleep in my arms and I put him in his bed he wakes up again! My question is, is this normal for this stage? And any tips on how to get his nights better? Should I continue to feed him back to sleep at night (he doesn't take very much) or try something else? He's EBF! Any advice would be great :)

Not much help but my 19 week old has been doing the same! Napping in the day is a bit hit and miss with 20 mins at a time most of the time, and bedtime she's now getting up again for 2 feeds (always has been 1 at most or sleeping through) and awake stupidly early!
I think it may just be a case of riding it out lol
