Is my 11week old baby sleep pattern normal?

She will either sleep ALL night from about 11.30pm until 9pm, sometimes 12:30 - 8.30am or NOT AT ALL. She'll be wide awake until 4/5am after cat napping between 10pm and midnight.

I've tried a bedtime routine of a bath, feed & dummy as a soother with projector lights but she tends to fall asleep on me on the sofa before transfering her to her moses basket.

Some nights shell go down without a problem and sleep through like I said. Other nights shes wide awake even after feeding. Its exhausting.

Currently sat here at 3am whilst shes cooing and chattering away all content in her bouncer and I'm wondering if shes overstimulated or tired or what it is I'm doing wrong.

I don't think the bedtime routine works as she screams and cries in quietness and darkness. Any advice would be appreciated

I dont think there is a normal. My DD woke every 2 hours for 2 years.

Forget routines until they are over 1.

Are you able to rest in the day when she is asleep or do you have other DC?

she tends to fall asleep on me

Have you googled 4th Trimester?
