3 month old sleep and thumb sucking

My lo has a swaddle that swaddles arms up. Goes down at about 7 and has a dream feed at 10ish-11. Then goes till about 1-2ish before grunting begins. Does anyone else do a dream feed that doesn't see little one through the night? Also has anyone got a thumb or finger sucker? When did your baby start this? Thanks x

I have two thumb suckers. Started in first few weeks after birth. One is now 5 and the other is 2. They both still suck their thumbs which might cause orthodontic issues.
However my goodness they slept from a young age as no dummy falling out requiring me to get it! For us it was the short term lesser of two evils. Was it the right decision? Don't know!
