Hi I have a 10 week old and I have just realised this week that she rarely feeds to sleep, except at night. Instead, She relies on being rocked in arms or bouncer to sleep (which is killing our arms and destroying our bouncer!!) and then she feeds when she wakes up. This morning was lovely- she was tired and had a bottle of milk, fell asleep in my arms and I was able to put her in her crib for 45 mins. Made me realise i have been doing it back to front (I didn't have this problem with my first 2) so basically how can I get her into the habit of feed/sleep/wake/play/ repeat from this position?
