Hi everyone, I've never posted on here before and in all honesty am at the end of my tether with knowing what to do.
My LG is 7 months old and we've only just in the last couple months I felt started getting somewhere with her sleep. She still wakes through the night but had managed to get it down to just the one waking which is fine for me. Literally the day we hit seven months she's just stopped self settling. When you put her in her cot you would think you are lying her down on hot coals the way she screams. She's waking constantly through the night again and taking ages to settle back to sleep which she's never had issues with before. Did anyone else have this issue around 7 months? I'm at a loss to know what to do for the best. I feel exhausted and depressed. Please tell me there's a light at the end of this dark and lonely tunnel?
