My baby will not sleep past 4am. HELP ME SOMEONE!

My daughter is 10 months now and has always been a good sleeper on and off. She struggled for a couple of months after the 4 month sleep regression and after a lot of attempts at gentle methods we resorted to controlled crying which had her sleeping 7pm-6am from 7.5 months old. Recently she has started to wake earlier and earlier, first it was 5am and even though that is bloody early, we were ok to get up for the day at that time as we realised that nothing would help her sleep past 5am. For the past month though, it's been 4am and it's really starting to get me down. I have tried bringing her into my bed for a feed and a little snooze but she feeds then starts chatting and laughing and jumping all over me and won't go back to sleep. I've tried shushing and rocking her but that only makes her scream and we've tried controlled crying which doesn't work either as she just screams for 2.5 hours solid and only goes back to sleep as she would normally be eating breakfast and she'll wake up hungry 10 mins after falling asleep.

We have tried putting her down for an early bedtime for a week, then tried a late bedtime for a week, fewer naps in the day, more naps in the day, delaying first breastfeed of the day until 6am and the same for breakfast.... NOTHING WORKS and I'm so exhausted! My hubby and I are going to bed at 8:30pm at night to try and get a full night's sleep but we would really like to stay up a bit later and not be up 3 hours before sunrise every day!

Any advice would be really appreciated!

Not much advice but following as my daughter is 11 months old and seems to be doing the same! It's only been the last 3 mornings though so would like to knock it on the head early! Like your LG she was waking up at 5:30-6 which was early but fine...I'd love her to do that now!! Hopefully someone will stop by with some suggestions and we will both get a decent nights sleep soon x
