Hi all,
I wondered if I could ask about some advice on getting my l.o into a routine with sleep in the day/night.
He is 16 weeks and in his Moses basket but firstly I'm trying to transition to the cot. The first night he wasn't too bad and only woke twice with a bit of soothing to get him back down. Last night however he woke every time I put him back down and so we've gone backwards. We put the Moses basket in the cot and he slept for a few hours then so that's working. I wanted to know after a week of the Moses basket in the cot, what I could do next?
Also, in the day he's Sleeping all over the place. Sometimes on his stroller, Moses basket, in my arms etc... but I know he tends to need a nap every almost 2 hours and wondered whether to put him in his cot to sleep now in the day. How do you put your baby to sleep in the day in their cot? - He tends to comfort himself on the boob and then I put him down at the moment asleep but need to start thinking about putting him down awake? Anyway I'm babbling on... any advice would be very much appreciated! :) xx
