Sleep regression trouble!

I’m pretty sure my 14 week old DD is going through sleep regression. Restless at night, ends up in bed with us most nights but the worst part is naps are practically non exsistant, she cannot go any longer than 40 minutes no matter what I try. This equals grumpy baby and grumpy Mum! It’s been about two weeks now. Anyone else gone through this? Any tips on how to get through it would be grateful!

My DS has been going through 'sleep regression' since 13 weeks old and he is now 21 weeks old and no sign of it improving as of yet! He used to sleep through but now he wakes quite a few times and I have to feed him at least once during the night. His naps are also 30 minutes long and I cannot get him to sleep any longer.
I'm just riding it out in hope that one day it'll go back to normal! Very tiring, but I've read sometimes it can last a few weeks and sometimes it can last for weeks and weeks. Unfortunately it's months for my DS! You're not the only one, don't worry. I found once I stuck to routine, like normal (early) bedtime - my DS goes to bed anywhere between 6:30pm-7pm and kept at keeping things as normal as possible, it did settle down and got slightly better and he started sleeping 8ish hours, but the past few days he's gone back to waking earlier and more frequently!
