Sleep training

Please help me sleep train! I don’t even know where to start but I’m at my wits end!

Lots of MNers are very opposed to sleep training so watch out!

How old is your DC and what’s the problem - how much are they waking up? Can they fall asleep by themselves?

Oh really! Well anything to help! He’s 14 months old, once he’s asleep he’s fine it’s getting him to sleep that’s the problem!

So how do you get him to sleep at the moment? Has he ever gone to sleep by himself?
