Hello. Baby is 9 months old. Her sleep is variable. She has been rocked and shushed to sleep since birth! Now she's getting heavy. She normally wakes at least once a night but sometimes it's 5/6 times a night. She's either rocked or shushed or a bf her (if it's over 6ish hours since last feed as sometimes she's hungry / thirsty). She doesn't take a bottle. She doesn't take a dummy. She just sits herself up and won't lie still if I lay her down. What's worked for you? Please help. My back is killing!
