Help me decide?

I have a 6 month old baby who sleeps in a Chicco next to me crib.... next to my bed obviously. She likes to change position when she's sleeping, she rolls on to her side, then a little later she'll roll onto her stomach and sometimes she'll roll back onto her back. Sometimes when she tries to roll she can't because she's hit the side of the crib, therefore wakes up and cries.

I am currently living with my mum, in a small bedroom, there's enough room for us just a little less than would like but I'm saving up for a place of my own so it's totally fine for now.
I have a travel cot, should I move her into that to solve the rolling over issue? And also they're a little smaller than cots/cot beds I think? So would be a bit better space wise in the small bedroom. Or is she too young still? Also I don't know how long I'm going to be living here for so would it be stingy/shitty (I don't know what word I'm looking for) of me to let her sleep in a travel cot if i buy a nicer mattress for it or should I just buy a cot/cot bed now and use that?
I'm a FTM and i have no idea what to do.
So basically

  1. Is she too young to move out of the next to me crib
  2. Is a travel cot a reasonable bed for a baby long term (with a better mattress)
  3. Should I just buy a normal cot

Never did I think deciding what bed a baby should sleep in would be a problem... But for some reason I can think of the right answer. Maybe it's tiredness.
I'm sorry if I sound stupid but any advice would be appreciated
