4mo cold when sleeping but room temp warm??

Hi all,
My DD is 4months 3weeks and we are currently going through the dreaded 4month sleep regression!
But I wanted to ask because her arms and hands seem so cold at night, I know baby’s hands get cold but this morning when I got up with her they were freezing and going a purplish colour!
I have the room snug at about 20/21 degrees (I have my groegg and an angelcare monitor that also allow me to monitor the room temp) as I say with the sleep regression she is up around 4-5 times in the night anyway, the temp is never below 20 degrees which I thought was quite warm.
But she seems freezing her arms hands and face, even her feet and legs are feeling cold.
She sleeps in a babygrow and a 2.5 tog grobag, her belly is always toasty warm so I’m a bit hesitant to put a long sleeve vest on her under the babygrow as I don’t want her to overheat as her back and tummy are fine, unsure what else to do? Hoping someone else has experienced this? She was born in the height of the summer heatwave we had so maybe she feels the cold easier? I wouldn’t have thought so though? Would love any ideas,
Many thanks in advance,
Alex xx

My baby is the exact same, do your baby grows have the little over the hand mitts built in? His hand and face feel cold but his body Is roasting so I'm going to say it's normal? I swear they say judge their core temperature anywho x

Look at the growsuits by the growcompany. Nice padded arms which are normally long and cover the hands :)

Hi littlelamb and minty thanks for your comments, yes at the moment all her babygrows have the integrated mits which I’ve been using to keep her hands warm but they are still freezing! Worried for when she moves up to 6-9months, she’s quite long for her age and already filling the 3-6month grows and at 6-9 the integrated mits seem to dissapear!
I know they say go off core temp but her arms feel so cold and I worry in case it’s contributing to her waking in the night, my mum suggested a blanket over her grobag but that won’t help her arms and she is a very wriggly baby I don’t think it would stay on long Confused

I’ve just put her to bed with some of the socks you can get that have little turned over tops I’ve unravelled them and stuck them over her arms ove the babygrow- they are quite loose fitting but hopefully will stay on - I will see what happens in the morning if she feels any warmer - worth a try rather than putting another full layer on her x
