Struggling with 18m old, won’t sleep, cries none stop when can’t see me or when I go out the room

My little one jags turned 18 months. Up until now she had regular daytime naps and usually went to sleep 7-7.30pm each night with very little fuss.

The last couple weeks, her day time naps vary each day. And at night she’s sleeping from 8.30 or 9.30 onwards.

We go out for daily walks, go to the park/playground, some baby groups, see a friend with a little one.
I do a lot 1:1 at home, drawing, playing, etc.... I really keep her busy. But when it comes to naps and sleep time, it’s a constant battle right now.

She gets very emotional when I leave the room, she used to stay with my mum and made no fuss. My partner started new job a few weeks ago too and he is away most of the week and back weekends.
I know this change has unsettled her, plus I have read up on sleep regression at 18 months.

Can anyone suggest anything to make this easier, right now I feel tired, tearful and useless.

How do I get through the next week

Is it teething?

18 months is prime separation anxiety time, it is rough but it’ll pass.

Yes, she is teething. Some days good, some days not so good.
I feel she’s more unsettled since her dad is away most of the week now.
I’m trying to keep to a routine, hopegully she will feel more settled soon.
Thanks for replies ☺️
