Hi All, would you mind giving me some ideas as to your routines you had when your LO's were 7 months old?
My LG seems to be ok for a morning nap of about 75 minuets, and a lunch nap of 45-60 minuets. But trying to get her to have a nap mid afternoon so she's not overtired for bedtime at 6-7 is a nightmare.
I'd really appreciate some advice as to what you did/do in regards to a nap routine for your LO's around 7 months please xx

At 7 months DC2's routine was 7pm-7am sleep.
Naps- sometime between 10am and 12noon for 1.5-2 hours.
4pm-5pm ish about 45 mins-1 hour.

Maybe try keeping her awake longer in the morning and combining the morning and lunch time nap into one long nap and then she might want a shorter afternoon nap later? X

DD dropped her third nap at 6.5 months. At 7 months we did:

6.30/7am - wake up
Nap 1 - 45 minutes between 9am and 10am
Nap 2 - 12.30-3pm
Bedtime 6.45/7pm
