Bedtime routine for siblings

I have a 4 year old DD who is in Reception. I also have a 12week DS. I am finding the night time routine with them both a struggle. Getting dinner, bath and bed done for both is a nightmare. Most nights I land up with an over stimulated screaming baby and a 4 year old that is annoyed. Any suggestions on what has worked for you?

Are you a single parent? If not, then one parent can cuddle/ feed the baby whilst the other puts the older one to bed.
The 12 week old doesn't need bath, dinner or bed in the same way as the 4 year old so what is stressing you out? If it's carrying baby round while you sort out the older one, could you use a sling? Baby might just fall asleep then.
Bath could be done in the morning or if DC is really dirty, a shower might be easier...you won't be sat there for as long.

I do feed for baby and dinner for toddler at 6.
Bath at 7 for both, baby out first and leave toddler to splash while I do baby massage and dress little one on bathroom floor.
I then take both downstairs and we have quiet time. Toddler plays water colour books on sofa no loud or floor toys while I BF top up baby.
Baby then goes off so take both up at 8 and put baby in cot then go to toddlers room.

Seems to work
