Baby boy suddenly not sleeping through / restless

Hello to all the mums here

I've got a 4 month old baby boy and he was sleeping fantastic: used to put him down around 6 or 6.30, bottle around 12 or 1 in the morning, sleeping through till 5 or 6 again a bottle and up and at em at 9.30 with breakfast.

Now I'm struggling the last week to get him settled at even 7 and he's awake until 9 Shock Confused
I had set a bit of a routine myself with cleaning things up, exercise and a bit of reading time before bed but it's all gone now since I'm walking up & down the stairs for 2 hours Sad
He's sleeping now from around 2 in the afternoon till 4 and starts getting tired again at 5 or 5.30 so I still try to put him down around that time. Yesterday I thought it worked until he suddenly woke up at 7 screaming the street awake Confused

Any idea or help how I can him settled a bit more? At least help him sleep through until 12 because I notice he's a lot more tired during the morning and wants to sleep a bit more then. I don't mind that but he doesn't settle at all in the evening Hmm
thanks ladies Flowers

It could be the 4 month sleep regression. Google it, it’s where babies sleep changes permanently. Both mine woke every 45 minutes during this regression, it’s a horrible
time!

Really?!? Every 45 minutes??? How did you survive that?
What's the best option now: put him down for a nap around 6 and put him down for the night at half past 8 or 9 or keep him on the same routine?
