Travel cots

Have brought a travel cot (cuggle) which wasn’t very expensive however the mattress seems awfully hard! I’m aware babies shouldn’t have a soft mattress but this was just not even worthy of being called a mattress!
Looking to get a different travel cot and only wanting to spend somewhere around £50. Anyone have any recommendations? I would prefer it to have a bassinet too! Thanks

I wrapped the travel cot mattresses in a big fleece blanket when my DC were little. That was fine.
