6 week old taking an hour to settle after 3am bottle - anything we can do?

Twin brother has been unwell, she had been very settled and in a nice 4 hourly feed routine since coming home from hospital (started by nurses in special care, not us!). We've maintained the 4 hourly feeds and are increasing her volumes, now on 120mls four hourly. She has become quite colicky in the evenings and her witching hour lasts from about 8 to 10 ish when she settles and then wakes at about 2or 3 - she then shrieks and shrieks for a good hour to two hours, waking the entire house including her twin brother (who is tiny and still on 2-3 hourly feeds) and our two older DDs. She settled this morning eventually with some rocking but I'm at a loss why this happens at night but not during the day. She sleeps a lot during the day but is impossible to rouse unless she's hungry. So I don't think she's overtired. Is it too early to start structuring naps and 'awake time'? My mind is mush so any suggestions would be so helpful TIA

6 weeks is still tiny I’m afraid. They still don’t really know night and day at that age so I considered all sleeps at newborn age naps! It will get easier.
