Littleones.co sleep programmes

Has anyone tried the sleep programmes sold by littleones.co ?? I am getting ads for this popping up on my Facebook feed all the time, with its attractive pictures and sleep success stories.

I’m curious about what they’re offering. But I am suspicious of paying £30+ for a download about nap routines. All the info on the website just says how great their method is, but doesn’t give anything away about the actual method unless you pay.

My rational brain is telling me it will just be standard advice on naps and routine etc, and definitely not worth paying for. But my sleep deprived baby brain says maybe it has the magic answer to all our sleep woes!

Have you used it? What do you get for your money? Did it work for you?

I bought it, and to be honest it's not going to work for us. It's based around one 2 hour nap in the middle of the day, so you have to be home for that every day. All their advice is nothing I haven't read elsewhere, it's just very organised. It talks about making sure the baby isn't awake for too long between naps, and gives you times for feeds to make sure you don't get an association between feeding and sleeping, or don't get a hungry baby waking early from naps.

Like I said, it's nothing groundbreaking. If you've done a bit of research you probably know it already. Helpful if you feel like you're genuinely all over the place, although you can probably find an example schedule free to help with that.

Thanks Salt.

I thought as much tbh. I feel like I’ve read everything there is to read about infant sleep, so I can’t imagine this book will tell me something i don’t already know.

But it’s so hard not to be seduced by the promise of a magic bullet!
