My lo is has been quite unsettled in the evenings and we have discovered it is over tiredness. The last few evenings he has settled in a swaddle sleeping bag and with a dummy after hos 7ish feed. Tonight he has been asleep since 7.30. we hope he will settle after his napoy change and final feed before we go to bed and not wake up to party in the night. Has anyone successfully had a bed time routine from 6 weeks? Thanks x

Mine always had bath, milk, bed at 7pm from birth. "Bed" in the first 3 months was swaddled and either basket or my chest downstairs with lights and tv sound dimmed. From about 12 weeks they went into their basket in our room (adjoins the lounge).

We did a nappy change and feed around 10.30pm. Then up until about 10 weeks they would wake at 3am ish then it moved to 6am.
