4/5 month old naps?

Out of interest what kind of nap schedule do your babies of this age have?

My little one isn't sleep trained, I kind of follow her lead. She takes 2 30 ish minute naps in the morning/early afternoon and then a 1-2 hour nap at around 2pm.

Just interested to see what other babies her age are doing l! (She is ebf btw if that makes any difference 😅)

My 4.5 month old does just as you describe. Although today hasn’t had a long sleep and has been unsettled, I think it’s teeth, or just babies being babies!!

At that age mine slept around 1pm for 1 1/ 2 hours and then about 5.30pm for an hour.

Anyways gets up has a bottle, changed, play n sing for a wee while n roughly by 10 ish he's grumbling ready for a sleep which is 40 odd minutes at the most, 12/1.30 ish feed, change etc all over again lol round about 3 he crashes for a gd 1-1.5 hours, 7/8 ish feed/change routine as before, bath and into b Bhutaned n last bottle (dream feed) midnight ish n that's him till morning... Sorry I didn't realise it was so long....
