30minute naps

My 6 month old has been taking only 30minute naps for about 6 weeks now and I just don't understand what I'm getting wrong...she settles herself for her naps, she resettles fine at bedtime and usually sleeps through but naps just cannot get past the 30min mark. She doesn't take a dummy so it's not that falling out or anything.
Anyone gone through this and come out the other side with any advice or tips to improve/extend?
Thanks

Oh the 30 minute crap nap! I literally tried everything to get DS to sleep longer, nothing worked until he turned 1yr old if not a little older and started having an hour. Nothing I did changed it he did it himself in the end. Try not to worry, it’s rubbish but your really aren’t doing anything wrong at all I do feel it’s a developmental thing.

My DS was like this, everyone else's children seemed to nap but he didn't. Just go with it, it'll get better when DD moves more.

Thanks for the replies, so good to know others have been through this!
On a similar but slightly different subject...
In the last few days dd has been finding it harder to settle. She usually settles within about 5 mins for naps and about 20mins for bed without too much fuss, but has started on/off crying when I put her down and then I can see she's starting to settle (she does this rocking head shuffle thing) and then she'll be asleep for about 30seconds (or at least she's still with eyes closed) and then she wakes screaming and the whole process starts again. She'll do this several times before finally falling asleep (sometimes if crying escalates I'll have to go in and cuddle to calm her and then the whole thing starts again). It's taking up to 30mins to settle her for naps and about 40mins+ to settle her for bed.
With naps she has also had some 20min naps where she'll suddenly wake screaming.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I do think she's teething (red cheeks/drooling etc) but then she's fine when awake so thought it would bother her then too? Just feel so bad for her as she really is trying to settle but just can't seem to until I think she just sleeps out of exhaustion in the end.
