Hi all, does anyone have any advice or similar situations? My 8 month old hss veen breastfeed since birth and I guess is now depenedent on it for sleeping. I know i should have left a gap between feeding and putting him to sleep but I never did and just let him sleep on the boob! He only goes back to sleep at night if I breastfeed him and actually wakes up every 1.5 / 2 hours, 3 if I'm lucky. We are co sleeping as I couldn't cope and he hates the crib. I want to change this situation but so hard! He only takes naps in the day either in the pram or in the bed on the boob :/. He's also very active so when he wakes up he sits up tries to climb around which makes it even harder to get back to sleep. This has been going on for months and am exhausted . He goes mad if my partner tries to put him to sleep post an evening formula bottle we've just introduced, or if I try and put him him to sleep post bath etc and living a little gap once I've breastfed him. Ahhhjj!!!!

Hi OP I thought I would give this a bump. I’m i the same position with my 8 month old. Currently having hourly wakings. When will it end?!?!!

I also feed to sleep or rock to sleep. During the day they either nap on me or in the pram.

I’m so exhausted and get easily upset thinking I’m never going to be able to sleep for longer than 2 hoursv( on s hood night ) ever again.

So I just wanted to let you know you’re not alone and hopefully someone with good advice will be along soon Flowers
