Can anyone offer any help on my 7month DS sleep
He is currently only sleeping for 30/45 min naps and will not be resettled when he wakes up, but seems grouchy and tired still
Will only sleep for 3 hour periods at night
He is breastfed, but we have recently introduced a bottle of formula at bedtime
Weaning is going well, although he still does not eat much. Some spoon fed porridge/yogurts but mainly baby lead.
We have a strict bedtime routine (follows his 2yo sisters- who has always slept like a dream FYI)
I don't know what to do

Hi this sounds very similar to my baby (nearly 8 months). He only goes back to sleep if I breastfeed him and actually wakes up every 1.5 / 2 hours, 3 if I'm lucky. We are co sleeping as I couldn't cope and he hates the crib. I want to change this situation but so hard! He's also very active so when he wakes up he sits up tries to climb around and makes it even harder to get back to sleep. This has been going on for months. He goes mad if my partner tries to put him to sleep post an evening formula bottle we've just introduced. I have no advice for you, just solidarity:)

It's so hard isn't it! I must admit we resort to co sleeping more than I'd like to. I did a few weeks of naps and all night sleep strictly in the cot to see if it made a difference but it was hell to keep to and didn't help at all
