Feeding/nap routine 6 month old

Please can anyone share their sleep and feeding routine for their 6 month old.
We're stuck in a bit of a cycle of short naps and early morning waking. She can settle herself ok for naps and bedtime and usually does about 6-10hrs before 1st wake so can resettle ok but think maybe I have the routine wrong for naps as they are always around 30mins! And she is waking in morning about 5-5.30 (this morning the clock started with a 4 🤦‍♀️!) so maybe I have bedtime wrong
Many thanks!

You don’t have anything wrong it’s incredible you have a 6 month old that sleeps that long, mine woke every 1-2 hours in the first year of life!

@crazycatlady5 thank you. I do feel really lucky with how well she sleeps at night. I just wish I could improve the mornings/daytime as she just seems so tired (despite the good stretch at night).

If anyone could share their routine I would really appreciate. Thanks

At 6 months we did:

6.30am - wake up (occasionally we had early morning wakings but we tried to keep DD in her cot for as long as we could)
7am - milk
8am - breakfast (porridge, weetabix)
9.00 - 9.45am - nap 1
10.45am - milk
11.30am - lunch
12.15-2.45pm - nap 2
3pm - milk
Nap 3 - 20-25 minutes between 4 and 5pm. We had to wake DD up.
5pm - dinner
6pm - milk
7pm - bed
10.30 - milk (dream feed)

At 6.5 months DD dropped her third nap and we temporarily moved her bedtime forward to 6.30pm.

Early morning waking at this age is very common for babies on routines and it is likely to get better once the baby transitions to 2 naps.

@wintertravel1980 thank you. So looks like about 2.5hrs awake time.
I think I need to start gradually increasing awake time as we're only in about 1hr 50 awake, only 1hr 30 before first nap.
I think I'll start increasing it by 5-10mins every few days and see what happens. Thanks for sharing
