Decent night light?

Looking to invest in a decent night light as we're currently in the midst of potty training DS including night times. He's only actually woken up on two occasions to go to the potty during the night but we've had to leave the blaring hallway light on so that he can see what he's doing/where he's going. We had a couple bought for us when he was born that I've tried but they're so dim they don't really light the room at all. Obviously we don't want something so bright that he's kept awake but need something that will light the room enough for him to find the potty and go. Thanks in advance.

We bought a Grolight for this reason, it's been great and I wish I'd have bought it in the early feeding days. It attaches onto the main light fitting so gives an overhead light, there are 2 brightness settings which are pretty gentle. Just use your usual light switch, 1 click for night light, 2 clicks for main light.

@YerAuntFanny thank you for replying. I was actually just reading reviews for the GroupLight so it's really helpful to hear from someone who has used it! Can I just ask if you have a lampshade over it? A few people have said to be cautious of a large lampshade dimming the light. Expecting DC2 and it sounds like an idea to buy another for her too!

We don't have a lampshade over it as their light fitting is a sort of dangly star thing rather than a solid shade (I'm not making it sound great here haha) if that makes sense. I think if you used it on the brighter setting it would be alright.
