I am looking for some advice please. My 18 month old has generally always been a good sleeper and had a two month stint of sleeping through the night 6-6! However lately she has generally resisted napping in the day screaming hysterically in her cot until i bring her downstairs and has started waking up everynight crying for me to go into her room and give her a bottle, cuddle and change her. I sent her dad in for 3 nights but that didnt change things. I can handle this but she isnt going back to sleep for hours and I have work the next day and I am pregnant. Any ideas on how to get her back into good sleep habits again? I just want to add even if she does nap in the day it doesnt make a difference to her night wakings. She is generally eating well and still on 3 bottles a day. I play white noise in her room and she has blackout blinds and we also live in a quiet area.
I am seriously considering a sleep consultant even though that would be a huge expense!
Thankyou in advance from an exhausted mum

18 months is a massive separation anxiety period.

When DD went through it I did what she needed until it passed.
