Anybody else made miserable with thisnad has any non drug ways of dealing with it?
Just spent 20 minutes doing “legs up the wall”yoga pose- I think may have helped.
Magnesium supplements not helped.
Thanks.

Sometimes can be linked to low iron (ferritin) but speak to Gp. I'd also try magnesium spray or very strong magnesium salt bath or foot soak rather than supplement.

Short term I find a heat pack eases it enough to sleep.

I've had this since my first pregnancy 10 years ago. Few like crying sometimes with the involuntary jerks. Hot water bottle sometimes helps a bit.

This might sound crazy and I've no idea if it works as i didn't get restless legs during pregnancy but our yoga teacher told us:
Get 5 or 6 corks from wine bottles and put in a sock at the foot of your bed!
Would love to hear if it works or if it's just old wives tales/placebo!
