Hi all

Looking for help/reassurance so the situation is as follows;

9 month old son. Bottle fed since 4 months. Doing BLW and on 3 meals a day (seems like most on the floor) but growing perfectly for height to weight ratio and 50th centile.

So baby goes to sleep at 7am we have a good bedtime routine, bath, bottle, bed etc.

We have tried my hummy, night light, comforter, dummy and feed on demand.

Naps make no difference he can sleep 1.5 hours or 5 hours a day and it makes no difference to his night time sleep.

I know it’s not teething as he’s not got any of the symptoms. He was in our room until he was 6 months and whilst on holiday (2 weeks ago) he only woke once a night

We can’t let him cry as he has a 7 year old sister who needs sleep and has to go to school so the ‘cry it out’ isn’t an option.

So tired and worried it’s starting to impact our relationship with me and his dad. Send help, wine and sympathy x

It’s really normal for babies to still wake at night at 9 months plus the 8-10 month sleep regression.

I’m not clear when/how often he is waking in the night?
