Hi, I have an 8 month old and she will only be rocked / shushed to sleep. She wakes a variable amount and will only sleep is rocked and shushed. This is ok but she's getting quite heavy and I want to do some sleep training in the next 3 months before I go back to work. What's the best resource to read about controlled crying please?
