DS2 is just coming up to 4 months old. He was cluster feeding in the evening up until about 3 months old then going to bed with us at 10 ish and sleeping through till 6am... recently he has started seeming tired at 9ish so for the last 3 days i started taking him up at this time but now he has started waking once in the night for a feed. can anyone offer any previous experience with this? should i go back to the old routine of an hour later? i don't know how to get him going to bed at a certain time...is it a gradual thing or do you just plonk them down at 7 and hope for the best. i like him being a good sleeper so dont want to rock the boat too much. any advice much appreciated TIA

i should add that when he does wake at 6am i feed him and he goes back down till 10...should i be waking him earlier than this or just leaving him to it... i don't have a routine for naps...just let him do what he wants...
