My 6 month old has been a fairly good sleeper (very good for a few months as was doing 8pm untill 5am, then after a feed back down to 7 ish)

But then we reached 5 months and it has basically gone from one or two wakings to every 2/3 hours (sometimes every hour once past about 3am)

I breast feed and she will drop off immediately after each wake/feed. To be honest she is asleep still just crying & fussing at those 'wake up moments' so I feed everytime to maximize my sleep.

We are now co sleeping with my matress on the floor with her next to me in her sleepy head.

Now it's been a month if this I just needed some advise, reassurance or even a telling off about creating bad habits by my continuous breast feeding!
