I'm at my wits end, my 6 week year old doesn't nap in the day. I don't know what to do? Hey eventually sleeps at around 8/9pm but it's hard work. Any advice is welcome. He has a few cat naps in the day but nothing 'substantial'. He's bottle fed and takes around 3-4oz every 3 / 4 hours. I use white noise and gently try to rock him in his sleepyhead. Please help!!

Try a sling/ carrier/ cuddles

It's quite normal for very new babies not to sleep long on their own.

And it's also quite normal for baby naps to be short anyway
