Day time sleep

My little boy is 8 weeks old I am having trouble with him sleeping through the day. He will only settle on me or his dad of you put him down he will wake up screaming. Was just after some advice on how to get him to sleep on his own and not rely on us all the time

He sleeps fine at night time and is only up once through night

Are you swaddling? That helped loads with mine. We also had a few things that rocked but to be honest I just let dds sleep on me if needed.

We had a baby poco hammock which was titled so she never lay flat. If I put her down flat she would wake up

Yeah we tried it but he doesn't like it. It's seems to be when he's lay flat as well. I do have a cacoonababy that we use for night time I might have to try him with that through the day as well

The only thing that worked for us was a Sleepyhead. It worked instantly.
