5 month old waking through the night

For the past 3 weeks my LO who is 5 months has stopped sleeping well at night. She used to go to bed about 7pm woke for a feed about 1 or 2am. Then again at 4 or 5am and then wake for the day around 7am. Now she is waking every hour and won’t settle unless I feed her. I’m exhausted. She sleeps in her own cot in her own room. Hence the exhaustion I have have to get our of bed every time. She is breastfed but takes a bottle of either breast milk or formula. My husband and I have tried a few different things to help her sleep better at night but has anyone got any suggestions? I’m going back to work soon and would like a bit more sleep 😂 I don’t mind waking but not every hour!!

You poor thing! I am no expert but have you tried looking into 16 week sleep regression? I think they start waking up after every sleep cycle at that age. I think the idea is to help them to get back to sleep and settle on their own - if you google it there are loads of articles. Good luck!
