Help with comforter

Hi
This is my first post after spending 2 years reading from afar.

I have a now 18month old son who has lost his beloved comforter. Now this went everywhere with him and I let the husband go for a walk alone with him and he comes back both covered in mud and no lion.

I am very lucky my son sleeps 14 hours a night. However tonight his first night without lion we were up every 3 hours to comfort him.

I have re traced his dirt path tracks and even been to Facebook to get people to keep an eye out.
I never liked the comforter as it wasn't as cute as others he had but he made it his best friend.
Now I feel I have lost a member of the family he spend every day with us.
So here is a photo it is old Tesco stock (they have none left I checked). Long shot but does anyone have one lying around their child was never a fan of. Happy to pay

There are quite a few of these on eBay OP. I just searched Tesco yellow lion comforter...

They are the wrong face (awkward I know) but the only ones on there have a fuller expression and he just isn't a fan. I have an alert currently set up on Facebook marketplace and eBay for it and asked tesco to check.

Nightmare. Hopefully he forgets but he has spent the day looking under and in everything.

Ah sorry. I see the difference now. Good luck. I hope you find a replacement whether it be the exact same product or a different one that your DS is willing to accept!

I count my lucky stars that DD hasn't become overly attached to any one toy.
