Helppp I think we hit the dreaded 4 month sleep regression a month ago and still no end in sight. I am creating bad habits by feeding back to sleep every time he wakes (10+ times a night so am doing it for my own sanity as its the quickest way) and worried I'm going to end up with no sleep for the next 2 years like with my first! We have a next2me where he starts the night but won't go back in after first feed so he basically suckles the rest of the night. Naps are the same - very short as I keep needing to resettle and then i eventually give up as it's taking too much time away from my toddler. We use white noise which seems to keep him asleep for slightly longer but no help to get him to sleep. Any tips or should I just go with it given his age?
