19 week old not sleeping

My little one was getting better at sleeping at night : 6 hrs, feed, 6 hrs. Recently she has started to wake every 3 hrs for a feed. And she used to go straight back down. Sometimes she has a daft 10 mins. Not sure what I am doing wrong, as her sleeping seems to be going backwards.

I have read that by now she should be napping for about an hour each time during the day. 30 mins, bang she's awake.

What am I doing wrong

Sounds like the dreaded 4 month sleep regression. My DS went through it terribly, waking every 1.5 hours for weeks... then suddenly snapped out of it, only waking for one feed a night. We're now in the 8 month sleep regression, oh joy.

Your not doing anything wrong. and your DD is just being a baby. A baby who has decided to change her sleeping pattern.

Advice my parents were given concerning me - what you have to remember is - I've read the books,, you've read the books, the baby hasn't read the books.

I did wonder if it was the sleep regression thing.

Hopefully she will get better soon. And nap longer than 30 mins

Hang in there is does get better. As DPotter says, you aren't doing anything wrong, it will sort it's self out soon.

My 19 month old often wakes every two hours. Babies aren’t robots that’s why the books are useless as babies aren’t all the same.
