13/14 week old sleep issues

This is my first time on mums net - hoping I get it right!
My DD is 13/14 weeks old. She was born full term by c section. I initially breast fed but she tired out to be tongue tied so bf failed (I was really disappointed).
At around 7 weeks she developed evening fussy ness. We would get her to sleep and she would work her way out of sleep (you could literally see her do it) and cry for several hours, it was awful. However, we seem to be through that now, thank goodness.

The issue I have now is that she will not sleep unless rocked furiously and will only sleep in my arms (and nobody else’s). This is leaving me exhausted as I have a 9 yr old too.
Sometimes I worry about this and Think I’m making bad habits, other times I think we’ll shes a baby who needs her mummy. Will she grow out of this? My son was not like this!
Any views/advice would be greatly appreciated!
