Currently 35 weeks pregnant and am so confused!! We have a bedside crib and DS will be in with us. Have just had the gro egg out (to check it works) and room temperature is 22.3c.

What do I put the baby to sleep in? Short sleeved bodysuit and swaddle with a muslin? Or do I need to get something else? Are you even supposed to swaddle to sleep? Finding this really confusing and I like to be prepared.

They say not to swaddle because babies can get too hot and not regulate their own body temp, which can cause them to over heat.

If its cold I just put mine in a baby grown with the long sleeves and covered feet and you can get growbags from newborn sizes upwards. I would get one of them and just pop that on them also so they can still move around, but wont get cold or over heat, its like a little sleeping bag with sleeves.

Most places sell them.

Hope this helped.
