Transition from moses basket to cot

My DD (12 weeks old) has outgrown her moses basket every night waking herself hitting her head off the top therefore I have made the decision to transfer her to her cot still in our room however she had started to settle better in the basket only the past few weeks however now she won't settle in her cot. I have tried putting the moses basket in the cot for a few night's but still wakes as soon as I put her in the cot. She wears a sleeping bag to bed which is the same.as when she was in her moses so don't know what else I can do? Last night she was awake at least every hour. Feel like we have gone back to the start. thank you x

This could coincide with the four month sleep regression (currently going through it and it's pretty tough with multiple night wakings, DS is 20 weeks today and it started at 16/17 weeks). But we also had the same at 12 weeks when moved him into his cot. It was tough for 3 or 4 nights but we just persevered and now he does settle in his cot (just have a different set of issues 😂)
Id just keep going and keep resettling, he'll get there eventually x
